Where Science and Technology Unite

Meet us at SLAS2026!

We’re excited to see you at SLAS2026 (February 7-11, 2026, Boston, MA). Stop by Booth #1408 to experience how HighRes is:

  • changing the way researchers plan, execute, and capture data from scientific experiments with lab orchestration software.
  • lowering the barriers to automation with intelligent software solutions, including robotic perception.
  • leveraging 20 years of automation experience to deliver application specific solutions for genomics, drug discovery, and synthetic biology workflows.

These hints don't encapsulate how different this SLAS will be for us this year. We are so excited to show you!

SLAS2026 Short Course

Our Short Course, Using Hardware, Software and People to Plan Your Scientific Journey, takes place on Sunday, February 8, from 8:30 am - 4:30 pm EST in Room 106.

Laboratory automation is revolutionizing every aspect of science by streamlining workflows, improving data quality and usage, and increasing productivity. Successful laboratory automation involves people collaborating with hardware, software, and each other to continuously adapt to dynamic scientific, technological, and organizational structures.

In this course, we will explore together how hardware, software, and people each contribute to the success of laboratory automation projects that range in size and scope, while noting the challenges that may arise when each of them work at cross-purposes.

Featuring the following industry experts:

  • Marie Katz, Valo Health
  • Daniel Hayes, Beam Therapeutics
  • Christopher Riley, HighRes
  • Crystal McKinnon, HighRes
  • Jon Mole, HighRes
  • Steve Watters, HighRes

SLAS2026 | Monday Exhibitor Tutorial

Orchestration and Data Automation for the Intelligent Lab, is the first of our Exhibitor Tutorials and takes place on Monday, February 9th from 12:00 pm - 1:15 pm EST in Room 102A.

Modern laboratories face a fundamental challenge: experimental design, sample management, and automated execution are handled in separate systems that don’t natively work together. Scientists define intent and capture results in tools like Benchling, track samples and inventory in platforms such as Mosaic by Cenevo, and then manually translate that information into automation-ready workflows, introducing friction, errors, and scalability limits.

This tutorial demonstrates how CellarioOS connects these layers, orchestrating experiments from scientific intent through sample intelligence to robotic execution. Featuring our software partners Benchling and Cenevo, the session shows how intelligent automation transforms lab operations from disconnected automation islands into a scalable, governed, and data-driven engine for discovery.

This tutorial promises a dynamic thought leadership experience, offering insights from industry experts:

  • Alan Parkin, Cenevo
  • Chris Severs, Benchling
  • Crystal McKinnon, HighRes

Don’t miss this opportunity to connect with peers and explore cutting-edge innovations in device integration, streamlined workflows, and optimized data streams.

Solutions Spotlight

Our Solutions Spotlight, AI-Enabled Orchestration for the Intelligent Lab, takes place on Monday, February 9, from 1:30 - 1:50 pm EST in the Solutions Spotlight Theater (#343 on the Exhibition Floor).

Lab automation is undergoing a rapid transformation as life science organizations respond to increasing experimental complexity, data volumes, and pressure for faster, more reproducible results. Labs are moving to integrated, intelligent operations, where software defined workflows, scalable automation, and unified data foundations enable operational excellence across labs of all sizes.

At HighRes we are committed to advancing cutting-edge automation and intelligent software, while ensuring these capabilities remain within reach for every lab, regardless of scale, budget, or technical expertise.

Here we offer a first look at the direction of our software roadmap, outlining how we are evolving our platform to further empower scientists, simplify execution, and support future growth, reinforcing our role as a long-term partner in accelerating life sciences.

Tuesday Exhibitor Tutorial

Seamless Automation from Sample Management to Screening, is the second of our Exhibitor Tutorials and takes place on Tuesday, February 10th, from 12:00 - 1:15 pm EST in Room 102A.

Join us for an interactive tutorial exploring proven strategies for automating laboratory workflows in life sciences. This session features collaborative presentations from leading pharmaceutical and biotech organizations, Enveda Biosciences, Pfizer, and Merck, who will share their firsthand experiences implementing automated solutions with HighRes Biosolutions.

In this tutorial, you will hear these insights from industry experts:

  • Katie Heiser, Enveda
  • Rich Frisbie, Pfizer
  • Sevan Ibabekci & Joe Cowan, Merck
  • Drew Glatczak, HighRes

Whether you're currently exploring automation options or looking to optimize existing workflows, this tutorial offers valuable takeaways from those who have successfully navigated the path from manual to automated laboratory operations.
