1. INTRODUCTION.
HighRes BioSolutions, Inc (HighRes), (also “our” “we,” or “us”) respects your privacy. In the course of our standard operations i.e., providing products and services (collectively “Services”), we collect and process information about individuals, often referred to as Personal Information (sometimes referred to as Personally Identifiable Information or Personal Data). HighRes collects Personal Information including, but not limited to, the following information:

- Internet Or Other Network Activity Informationsuch as technical information regarding your interaction with our websites and digital advertisements as well as our Services. Depending on the context, we may also collect search history, information about your browsing activity, and log file information which includes, but may not be limited to, your browser type, webpages you visit, cookies tied to a specific browser, unique session ID, and other electronic network activity.

HighRes collects, uses, and discloses Personal Information as outlined in this Privacy Policy, to
- enter into and fulfil our contractual obligations to you;

- support our hiring process;

- when we leverage and/or collect cookies, device IDs, location, data from the environment, and other tracking technologies;
- When you register for, attend, or take part in our webinars, video conferences, programs, trainings, digital summits, or other events; and
- when we collect data from third parties or publicly available sources to help us provide and improve the Services and for marketing and advertising.
2.5 When and How We Disclose Personal Information
We may disclose your Personal Information to the following categories of recipients.
- Affiliated Companies: Within our group companies for administrative or operational purposes such as for the purpose of providing our Services, information security, for advertising and marketing purposes, for analytics or as required by law.
- Service Providers and Vendors: These include distributors, sales intermediaries, collaborators, and vendors (including website, and data hosting, IT support, email, and customer relationship software providers) to the extent necessary to provide their services to us, and to provide, improve, and personalize the Services.
- Third Party Advertising and Marketing Vendors/Partners: To advertising and marketing collaborators including interest-based advertising, for advertising and marketing purposes on our behalf. Interest-based advertising consists of HighRes advertisements that are personalized for you and displayed on our sites and through other channels. You have the option to restrict the use of information for interest-based advertising and to opt-out of receiving interest-based ads by following the instructions contained in the communications we send you.
- Law Enforcement Bodies, Regulatory or Government Agencies, Courts, or Other Third Parties: Where we believe disclosure is necessary (i) as a matter of applicable law or regulation, (ii) to exercise, establish or defend our rights and property, or the rights or safety of third parties, (iii) enforce our agreements including our terms and conditions, (iv) for crime detection and prevention purposes, or (v) to protect your vital interests or those of any other person.
- Actual or Contemplated Investment, Sale, Acquisition, or Reorganization: In connection with a contemplated reorganization or an actual reorganization of our business, in connection with financing or other investment, a sale, merger, acquisition or other transaction involving the disposal of all or part of our business or assets, including for the purpose of permitting the due diligence required to decide whether to proceed with an investment or transaction.

- SOCIAL MEDIA, PUBLIC POSTS AND USER-GENERATED CONTENT.
Please be aware that content and Personal Information that you choose to post or share in publicly accessible portions of our Services (product reviews, questions, message boards, blogs, comments, etc.) may be read, collected, and used by any member of the public.
Similarly, data you enter on our social media pages, such as usernames, comments, videos, pictures, likes, public messages, etc., are published by the social media platform and are at no time processed by us. We cannot prevent further use of this information once you share it in a publicly available forum. We only reserve the right to delete content if necessary. Your posts and certain profile information may remain even after you terminate your account.
We may share your content on our website if this is a feature of the social media platform, and communicate with you through the social media platform, if necessary, based on the legitimate interest of carrying out public relations and communication.
We also occasionally use the social media platforms described above to deliver targeted advertising based on your consent.
The provider of the social media platform may use web tracking methods, which can sometimes be performed regardless of whether you are logged in or registered with the social media platform. In this respect, we have no influence on the processing of your data by the provider of the social media platform, so that the use of the social media platform is your own responsibility. - SECURITY OF PERSONAL INFORMATION
4.1 Security of Your Personal Information.
We maintain reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards that are intended to appropriately protect Personal Information against accidental or unlawful destruction, accidental loss, unauthorized alteration, unauthorized disclosure or access, misuse, and any other unlawful form of processing of the Personal Information in our possession. 5 MANAGING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

For instructions on how to permanently delete your data held by HighRes, please contact us at privacy@highresbio.com. Please note that permanent deletion of data through this process will impair or disable those features with respect to that data, such as ensuring we will not contact you again since there will be no record.
We may use some of the information we collect for marketing purposes, including sending you promotional communications about new HighRes features, products, events, or other opportunities. If you wish to stop receiving these communications or to opt out of use of your information for these purposes, please follow the opt-out instructions by clicking “Unsubscribe” (or similar opt-out language) in those communications. 5.2 Managing Your Cookies and Tracking Technologies -How to Opt Out.
We use cookies and other tracking technologies on our website. Some are essential to operate our website and are always active. 6 STORAGE, RETENTION, AND INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS OF PERSONAL INFORMATION

8 EUROPEAN AND U.K. DATA PROTECTION RIGHTS

For ease of reference, this section shall be designated the “EU Policy.” Terms used in this EU Policy shall have the meaning ascribed to them by the applicable data protection law, including the definition of Personal Data.
We act as both a data Processor and a data Controller under the relevant laws. When our customers use our services to process Personal Data in the content they upload to our Services, we act as a data Processor. When we collect Personal Data and determine the purposes and means of processing that Personal Data, we act as a data Controller. This Privacy Policy including the EU Policy explains and applies to how we process Personal Data as a Controller.

We operate as a global business.
