MicroServe is our highest density automated, sequential microplate and tip box delivery system, with easily swappable stackers and capacity of up to 770 plates or 154 tip boxes in fourteen laboratory hotel racks or bulk stackers.
Medium Daily Sample Throughput
NanoServe is an automated, sequential stacker storage solution for your microplates and tip boxes, with easily swappable stackers.
Low Daily Sample Throughput
PicoServe is our smallest automated random-access labware storage device, with capacity for up to 48 microplates.
Inter-Device Sample Park Positions
Integrate stationary laboratory plate hotels as convenient intermediary park positions with random access shelves between active workflow devices to prevent time-consuming errors including device deadlock.

Stationary laboratory plate hotels and automated lab storage and stacking devices are compatible with Nucleus automated infrastructure systems, including FlexPod and FlexCart, Prime automated liquid handlers, and third-party automated systems and liquid handlers.
Grab and Go
All laboratory plate hotels offer portrait and landscape accessibility. NanoServe and MicroServe pitch stackers are interchangeable and may be mixed and matched in a single unit. PicoServe plate hotel pitch stackers offer 8 pitch and 12 pitch configurations.
Hotels and Stackers
Any combination of up to four (NanoServe) or fourteen (MicroServe) hotels or plate stackers may be easily loaded and removed. PicoServe features up to four hotels with full random access or 'first in, first out' bulk stackers.

Automated laboratory plate hotels are FlexCart and MicroDock compatible for convenient Nucleus automation infrastructure integration. They also offer convenient Ethernet communications with SiLA2 compliant drivers.

Consumable Compatibility
All plate hotels offer ambient conditions and are compatible with most ANSI/SLAS-compliant labware including standard height microplates and deep-well plates.
Three Pitch Styles
Standard and Gen2 pitches offer a maximum 57 mm plate height while the low-density pitch allows plates up to 114 mm high.

We do not recommend mixing plates of different heights in the same stacker. Also, we do not recommend mixing unlidded and lidded plates in the same stacker.
MicroServe and NanoServe unload microplates in a first-in/last-out (FILO) sequence, while PicoServe can unload plates in a random-access format.
