HighRes Biosolutions announced today that it has been awarded a $125,000 tax incentive by The Massachusetts Life Science Center in exchange for HighRes’ pledge to create at least ten new jobs in 2011. HighRes is one of only 30 companies in the Bay State to receive such an award.
The Center’s Life Sciences Tax Incentive Program is aimed at spurring growth in the state’s medical device, pharmaceutical and biotech firms. Jobs created as a result of the incentives must be maintained at least five years.
“HighRes Biosolutions is pleased to be one of the fast-growing companies selected for this program,” said Lou Guarracina, President of HighRes. “We are excited about helping to keep Massachusetts a leader in life sciences and biotech innovation.”
