Science Focused Protocol Development

CellarioScheduler's Protocol Designer module becomes your lab notebook so that you can design simple to complex experiments across your lab automation platforms and benchtop devices. With standard operations to perform any type of lab work, and labware agnostic protocols, even users new to automation can reap benefits. Advanced users can implement variables and scripts for more complex behavior to obtain results-focused data faster.

Easy Order Creation

Within CellarioScheduler's Order Designer module, you can associate your preferred labware type, designate the labware quantity, and determine labware locations for your protocols. This labware agnostic approach allows your scientists to reduce the size and improve management of your protocol libraries.

Workflow Analysis
Made Easy

Run Analyzer simulates protocols, introduces hypothetical errors, and compares results quickly and easily. You can then optimize multiple protocol permutations and use statistical data to determine desired protocol run conditions. Results seen through sample and device views guide your actions to determine protocol conditions for optimum sample process uniformity.

Laboratory Mission Control

CellarioScheduler's Run Control module extends complete control over your workflows and associated devices through the run time viewer. Using this module, you can sequentially or simultaneously execute scientific research on your automated system(s) or standalone devices. In addition to viewing and monitoring active labware across runs, Run Control dynamically adjusts and modifies protocol segments during active runs. It also allows you to quickly disable and enable devices without interrupting the active run.
