Enabling Collaboration 

The ACell robotic arm is ideal for moving samples through most automated workflows, with a variety of vertical and horizontal reaches. The ACell is available standalone on a table or pod, or on a 1 m, 1.5 m, or 2 m rail.

MCell add remove

Far Reaching

The MCell robotic arm takes automated sample movement and workflow efficiencies further, future-proofing your laboratory operations with a rotating base, a vertical reach of XX mm, and a horizontal reach of YY mm. The MCell is available standalone on a table or pod, or on a 1 m, 1.5 m, or 2 m rail.

Rugged Applications 

The ZCell robotic arm unlocks extra potential reserved for rugged sample movement and workflow applications with high device density, wide service areas, and large payload capacities. The ZCell is available standalone on a pod.

HighRes Vision enables auto-teaching and smart point updates during system setup or active workflows. Recover your system remotely and re-teach points without needing to be physically present. HighRes Vision intelligently adjusts to your lab lighting environment, ensuring seamless operation even in changing conditions.

FAQs

How often must a robotic arm be taught? add remove

The robotic arm is taught all device interaction locations in the work cell upon setup and does not need to be taught unless there is a crash or the system and/or devices are put into a new configuration. 

Can robotic arms be positioned manually? add remove

Yes! The robotic arms may be unlocked for manual positioning and parking. 

Can we use regular microplates to teach arms? add remove

No. Points will not be accurate when teaching an arm with a regular plate. HighRes offers a specially designed “golden plate” to teach the ACell and ZCell robotic arms.
